Seduction... A Vampires Gaze

A "Vampires" Kiss

Mmmmm... Vampire Kisses... Perhaps she is a long lost Cullen or Volturi...

I did this characterization of a female succubus "Vampire" and decided to make her carry some of the same qualities of the "Cullen" Vampires of the Twilight saga. The extremely pale skin and the golden Topaz eyes. I may eventually toy around with making her "sparkle" in a separate version but for now I'm decently pleased with the character...though I have yet to decide what to name her. I will have to give that more thought and a little research as I further develop the character and her back story. Perhaps she comes from South America or some where tropical...or perhaps she was once a darker vampire similar to the Volturi...I haven't decided yet. Additional versions and character development to come.

Climbing Roses lineart

This is a page design that I'm working on for my artist gallery/website and sketchbook. This is the inked line work for the design.

It took about 5 hours to sketch up because of all the tiny roses. As for the inking process,It was done by hand over a two day period of time to insure that special attention to detail was taken.

I will likely try several color schemes out for the design and will post them as I do so to see which is preferred by other deviants.

Attending The Academy of Art University in San Francisco Ca. majoring in Illustration.School has started back for the Fall 2009 semester so that is both interesting and stressful not to mention expensive!

I'm still working on my Book Project...Well, three of them actually. A set of Childrens' books, an Artist Sketchbook, and an Illustrated book of poetry! I'm currently hunting a good print company who is reliable,does good quality printing,and who is somewhat affordable to do my artist sketchbook printing. I'm hoping to be selling some art and illustration books,posters,bookmarks,and other "swag" at the conventions this year.If anyone can suggest a good Publishing company or Printing company that they have personal experience with It would be much appreciated.
